What if something gets lost in the post?
We can’t be held responsible for anything lost in the post and unfortunately, we cannot afford to resend your order. If you are worried that your items might get lost, please add recorded delivery to your basket so you know it is in compeletly safe hands.
How long will it take to receive my order?
I post roughly twice a week – sometimes more. So you should receive your order within a week. However, if you have ordered something customised i.e. polaroid necklace/pin, then it may take up to two weeks for you to receive it. If there are any changes to the shipping when you order, I will let you know asap.
Can I return the item I bought?
We will not give refunds, but we will resend items if:

- It arrives broken

- There is a fault or appears damadged

Please email us at hldavis@hotmail.co.uk with a week of receiving your item and we can arrange a swap.

Can I pay via cheque [or secretly disguised cash!] ?
YES! Simply message us at hldavis@hotmail.co.uk and we’ll get discussing addresses and such!
What forms of payment do you accept?

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.

How secure is this store?

This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?

No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.
